Last November 27, 28 and December 1, 2020 all the faculty of Iligan Medical Center College (IMCC) successfully completed the 3-Day training and workshop on Learning Management System. The activity was spearheaded and conducted by expert trainers from the University Of Perpetual Help System (UPHS) and assisted by IMCC’s IT Support Group.

The primary goal of the said training/workshop is to hone the skills and knowledge of the faculty in managing their online classes. The user friendly platforms used during the activity were also provided by the UPHS which were fitting to the current educational delivery system of IMCC. Various colleges and departments actively participated and learned from updated online educational platform with the same goal in mind – to provide effective, timely, relevant, and user friendly learning system for both students and teachers.

Dedicated to provide quality education even in the midst of a pandemic, IMCC’s partnership with UPHS proved that there are various ways in achieving educational goals. Through the support of IMCC’s Board of Directors and Dean for Academic Affairs more trainings and activities are expected early next year to better serve the students.
