IMCC posts 100 percent passing rate for first-time takers in May 2022 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination

All four BS Nursing graduates of Iligan Medical Center College have passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examinations (NLE) in May 2022 on their first attempt, according to the results released by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) on June 10, 2022.

The school’s passing rate for its first time takers is 100 percent. Meanwhile, the school’s overall performance is at 72.73 percent against the 68.01 percent national passing rate.

Prof. Elizabeth L. Alagar, the dean of the College of Nursing (CON), thanked the school president Dr. Royce S. Torres, Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Florami B. Dadole, the faculty and staff of IMCC for the support of the CON programs and activities to ensure above-national passing rate.

“Pandemic has not stopped us from learning. Congratulations IMCC, Batch 2021, for 100% passing rate in the Nursing Board Exam. Praises belong to God for making our dreams a reality!”, said Prof. Alagar in her Facebook post last June 11, 2022.

PRC announced that 6,616 out of 9,729 passed the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga given by the Board of Nursing headed by Elsie A. Tee, Chairman; Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Zenaida C. Gagno, Marylou B. Ong, Merle L. Salvani and Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Members.
