NOTE: You need to be officially enrolled first before you can access your institutional Google account. Officially enrolled students are students who have been issued with a Certificate of Registration (COR) by the school registrar. Institutional Google accounts may be activated within 24 hours after your enrollment time and date per Google Workspace policy.

Step 1. Go to mail.google.com or accounts.google.com

Step 2. Type your email.

a. Your email is your complete name initial and student number.

For Example:

Name: Juan Minerva Cruz

Complete Name Initial: JMC

Student Number: 00011

Email: JMC00011@𝕚𝕞𝕔𝕔.𝕖𝕕𝕦. 𝕡𝕙

b. If you have more than one first names and/or middle names and/or last names, only the initial of the first word of the first names and/or middle names and/or last names will be included in the institutional email address.

For Example:

Name: Mary Cris Dela Torre Dela Cruz

Complete Name Initial: MDD

Student Number: 00012

Email: MDD00012@𝕚𝕞𝕔𝕔.𝕖𝕕𝕦. 𝕡𝕙

IMPORTANT NOTE:

a. If your name initial contains enye (ñ), convert it to ‘n’.

b. If you have a name extension (e.g., jr., sr., II), the name extension is not included in your email.

The student number can be seen on the upper left of the Certificate of Registration (COR).

Step 3. Type your password.

Your default password is the combination of your LASTNAME

(all caps) and 00000 (five zeroes).

For Example:

Last Name: REYES

Password: REYES00000

Students are advised to change their password after their first sign-in attempt.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the student has two last names, the default password is the first word of the last name and 00000.

Example:

LAST NAME OF STUDENT: HADJI CRUZ

DEFAULT PASSWORD: HADJI00000
