Core Values
- God - Centered. He believes in one God, who is the same God of the Muslims, the Lumads and the Christians. One can find meaning and purpose in life when one completely obeys God's will.
- Disciplined. He believes in a life that adheres to ethical and moral standards, because that is the way to reach life's destiny success fully.
- Nationalistic. He believes that the sovereignity of the Philippines is equal to that of other nations, and that all Filipinos are brothers. He must be loyal to his country at all times, and is ready to defend the nation againts foreign intrusion.
- Patriotic. He is proud of his Country and of hi Filipino heritage and he protects the Filipino image locally and abroad; he lives up to his patriotic pledge of "maka Dios, maka-bayan, makatao at makakalikasan."
- Responsible. He sets goals, plans and budgets his time for holistic activities, actively participates in school and community activities and evaluates himself againts his own performance in order to keep on improving.
- Committed. He is committed to the ideals of his schools and his country; he is determined to live up to these ideals and to make a difference to his community and to his country.
- Harmonious. He believes in unity amidst diversity. Respecting one another and living together in peaceful coexistence is the mark of an IMCCian.
- An Advocate of Teamwork. He loves to work collaboratively to achieve the common good.
- Globally-competitive. He prepares himself to be at par with his peers in the world, and to be equally competent to meet work opportunities globally.
- Proactive. He takes active interest in his work by innovatively taking the lead to be an excellent student/faculy/staff.
- Self-propelled. He does things creatively without being told. He is self-reliant, self-nourishing, self-sustaining and self-governing and is in control of the situation as he undertakes his work efficiently and effectively.
- Honest. He is a person of integrity and truth. He defies corrupt and unjust practices, because he sincerely believes that "honesty is the best policy."
