The School Administration

The Board of Directors is the highest policy-making body of the school and has ultimate legal responsibility for the governance of IMCC. It is composed of five members: Chairman of the Board, President, Treasurer, and two Board Directors.

The President is the chief executive and academic officer of the school

The Treasurer takes care of the finances of the school and supervises the operations of the Finance Office.

The Comptroller maintains the financial, administrative and personnel services of the school. He is primarily tasked to preserve and protect the assets of the school and sees to it that only properly authorized liabilities are incurred.

The Dean of Academic Affairs assists the President in planning, implementing and evaluating the academic programs and policies of the various departments and units of the school.

The Registrar coordinates activities pertaining to the registration, transfer, and graduation of students. The Registrar's Office maintains academic records, consolidates class and examination schedules and communicates with the Commission of Higher Education (CHED), Technical and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Department of Education (DepEd).

The Dean of College is the chief administrative and academic leader of the college.

The Department/Program/Academic Coordinators supervise the implementation of programs and personnel of their departments and advise students in their program of study.

The Librarian is in charge of the administration and supervision of the school library. He/she caters to the academic needs of the learning community.

The Head of the Guidance Office facilitates the processing of application for admission of new students in the various colleges and supervises the counselling program of the school.

The Head of Student Affairs and Services Office assists the School President in coordinating all non-academic activities of students. He supervises and coordinates the distribution of scholarships to deserving students at the tertiary level.

The Director of Research, Development and Extension supervises and directs the research program and activities of the school. The office coordinates various research initiatives undertaken by the different colleges, as well as provide publication instruments for the dissemination of student and faculty research.

The Human Resource Officer coordinates all academic and non-academic departments regarding personnel policy implementation. Supervise the selection, hiring, training, job grade promotions, job organization, upgrading of compensation package, employees' welfare, discipline, separation and termination in accordance with applicable laws.

Advisory Body

The Academic Council is a forum of ideas which may suggest and recommend a plan of action to achieve university status. It is composed of the Dean of Academic Affairs, Registrar, College Deans, Assistant Deans / Coordinators / Officer In-Charge, Principal. Head of the Library Services, Head of the Guidance Services, Head of Student Affairs, Community Extension Officer, and Research and Extension Director.
