From its humble beginnings, the college has metamorphosed into a multi-faceted educational institution. From initially offering only paramedical courses it has ventured into non-paramedical courses. The College now offers Computer related courses, Hospitality Courses under its Hotel and Restaurant Management-Tourism department, Criminology, Education, Commerce, etc.

Along the years, it has produced excellent graduates who have topped various government Licensure Examinations particularly in Nursing, Midwifery, Radiologic Technology, Criminology, etc. A few years ago, the college was adjudged as the "best school for Radiologic Technology" for that year.

Our graduates have found employment overseas - proof that our training are at par with global standards.

In its quest for academic excellence, the college was granted an initial Level 1 accreditation for Nursing, Education and Commerce courses in the year 2003 by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). Thus, our college holds the distinct honor of being "the first PACUCOA Accredited School in Iligan."

Such accreditation was upgraded to level II in year 2006 for the College of Nursing and Commerce.

Other course offerings are being currently assessed for accreditation particularly the College of Radiologic Technology, Criminology and Hotel and Restaurant Management-Tourism.
